Coventry Group was incorporated in 1936 and has been listed on the Australian Stock Exchange since 1966.

We employ around 2,150 people and operate throughout Australia and New Zealand with a network of 141 branches.

The Group has 3 business units as follows:

• distribution of industrial products;
• distribution of automotive parts and accessories;
• manufacture of automotive and industrial gaskets.
